    buying 35 keys (3 at a time so 10/15/10)
    1st trade was successful, but then when i sent him $27, he immediately left and stopped responding.​

    All SteamRep reports require evidence, in this case we would need the rest of the chat, inventory history, and PayPal transaction history. Without this we cannot prove the accused guilty of any wrongdoing.
