What happened? Description:

I was selling my backpack on tf2outpost for keys or paypal money. After a lengthy conversation we agreed on $170. I traded the items and he never sent the money, and has since blocked me.​

immediacy: if i go first and you don't pay, i lose items and no history of chargebacks because you never paid

immediacy: if i give items and you do charge back
immediacy: at least i have a record that you paid and charged back
immediacy: kind of like a recipt
immediacy: it's in both of our interests for the person paying to go first
immediacy: and this is my first time using paypal for trading anyways

Thanks, I personally cannot do anything about it because i am not a SR admin but you have a decent amount of evidence. can you show paypal history just to make sure you didn't get the money?

I'm a friend of immediacy can comfirm he was scammed, we were playinging civ at the time ban this guy

Why has a staff member not replied yet?

SteamRep gets a huge amount of reports per day, they have to prioritize reports and go through them in that order.

As a side note, you should upload all your screenshots through SteamRep using the 'Upload a File' button, this way if gyazo takes down the images SR will still have copies.
