    What happened? Description:
    I was going to sell him keys, but decided not to sell to him after he had already giving me the payments. I told him I was going to refund him they money which I did, but he gave me a fake rep.​

    Provide Evidence:
    This is what he wrote on my CashReps thread.

    "got scammed for 210 usd.
