What happened? Description:

First of all, I did not get scammed. He attempted to scam me and failed pretty badly.
And all the details I provided to him about my paypal or steam provided in the chat log are fake of-course.

He was cashing out on items as his name (previous name, he changed his name to "Epslils" just after I blocked him) suggested (Happybunny #Cashing out).

He asked me if I wanted to buy his unusual but I wasn't interested in it then he asked me if he can buy my unusual (Terror watt Buccaner's Bicorne) for real money (paypal) at this point I knew he is scamming because his name itself was "Cashing out" and now he wants to 'buy' my unusual.

I just kept prolonging it to get enough evidence that he is a scammer. So after I said I don't have paypal he asked for my steam username so he can "process my account" and send the money to it. Obviously that is not possible in any way.
Later on he tells me that he has done this already twice (fyi he has 2 unusuals) so basically he attempted to scam users in this manner and has been successful twice!

I would like appropriate action to be taken against this user!
