    What happened? Description:
    I got charged back on PP. After he went offline and blocked me he changed his name. The guy is also using a VPN, he's from Slovakia but now has Panama on his Steam location.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Here are ss with our conversation and confirmation of trade offer and ss with pp chargeback.​

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
