    Scam Report

Report Type: [Accomplice] Alternate account of hijacker or scammer
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198100677602

    Victim profile: 76561198052266632

    What happened? Description:
This user is the alternate account of another account that is currently trade banned. I have been in group chats with this user for a while and I read things like:
"I left my original account because of reasons".
"I have made over 9000 dollars worth of CSGO items" (Note that this is most likely false)
"I use Paypal when I trade my items, I am selling skins btw if you are interested"

    The original account is:
    | steamname: SinnerS
    | steam3ID: [U:1:174755039]
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:1:87377519
    | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198135020767
    | customURL: http://steamcommunity.com/id/warlords3344
    | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198135020767

Most of my suspicion comes from group chats which I sadly do not have screenshots of. However I was told by the Amaya user that his original account was from SinnerS.

There is evidence though as both accounts used the same profile pictures/same profile names.
Both accounts are also "Admins" of the group Anime Party: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Anime_Party

Since the SinnerS account is trade banned I presume there is a reason for that and I suspect that the Amaya account is doing trades now with CSGO skins to other users.

    Provide Evidence:
I hope these Pictures provide the evidence needed since I do not have the group chats recorded OR have been offered to trade with the accused User.

I should also add another attachment showing the admins of the animeparty Group. At the time I am uploading this the User on the left is SinnerS using the same profile pic and the 3rd user is Amaya, also using the same profile pic. Mizore report 4.JPG

This is a much later update on a report and by now I am pretty sure isn't getting any recognition like the way it should. In my time in the last few months I have gather ever piece of information that "Should" contribute to this report. Some parts may or may not be relevant but it will probably be my final piece of "evidence" about this user. (Note: this was written in a word document so it may be a bit weird to read). This may have parts of defaming but I have tried my best to stay away from that and personal attacks. I apologize for any misguidance and offense.

This is the information of 2 different steam accounts controlled by the same one user.

Original account (TRADE BANNED involving CSGO scams) : http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198135020767
    Smurf : http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198100677602

    2 Groups that play part:

Anime Party (Dead group now): http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Anime_Party#
    Anime Gamers (Active) : http://steamcommunity.com/groups/ANlME_GAMERS

Here is Mizore's Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuA4lFPAP4ru_JcxNLx7RLA
Here is a video uploaded by Mizore:
In this video Mizore teaches the viewers CSGO tricks and tips and from what we can hear he sounds like a male (the reason why I said this is because in the SMURF account "Saki's" info box says that "she" is a female. [Refer to AN:1]
He leaves in the description his link to his ORIGINAL steam account.
This is a screenshot that has been taken to prove such: https://gyazo.com/ba389e0a80643be614d736135afe8e38
(At the time I had my mouse hovered over the link as it only shows the full link in the bottom of the screenshot, which is highlighted).

Now take a look at these steamrep reports done in 2015 (this also includes this report itself)
http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...counter-strike-global-offensive-items.102665/ (This one is a not-answered pending report on the ORIGINAL account)
P.S. You need to be logged into steamrep (using steam user name and password) to access the screenshots.)
(This screenshot taken a while ago shows that these 2 accounts were admins in the ANIME PARTY group and are connected because this user likes to alternate between accounts and therefore can use both accounts to keep an eye and moderate the group) : https://gyazo.com/a409ed6ef771a324191fe5270b3f3184

You can also see the same names and even avatars used in most instances in BOTH accounts (via 3rd party website).
    Original: https://www.steamid.co.uk/profile/76561198135020767
    Smurf: https://www.steamid.co.uk/profile/76561198100677602

https://gyazo.com/d6f9f5bce57974e1ee355ace678c6bb4 This screenshot shows the ANIME PARTY group and the notification by "Saki". This proves that both accounts are Admin/Group owner of ANIME PARTY.

Another thing that should take notion is how this user likes birthdays. In the SMURF account "Saki's" birthday is on the 5th of February 2016 (Hence the advertising of his user name)
however he also had a birthday (using the same advertise by changing his user name every day to "B-DAY IN [X] DAYS") on the 24th October 2015.
(You can probably still check the comments by many other people whom acknowledge his bday in his profile comments. Out of the 55 pages of comments so far you can find them in the 43rd page)
Screenshots to prove: https://gyazo.com/b5bcade0344e005b5997938f6a10600c (Note they refer to "Saki" as "Alison" because it is also another Alias)

The point of this is to prove that Saki lies and fakes his B-day and advertises his gender to his 550 "friends" to PROBABLY [Unknown] most likely get gifts through Steam.

[AN:1] Now you are probably wondering why I keep referring to Saki as a him. To be honest I HAVEN'T proved if this user is actually Female or Male or Transgender or Tran sexual, etc. and if it HAS actually been proven to other people (its very hard to prove such thing. The reason why I point this out is because Saki's profile says that she is female, however in the Youtube video we hear a male voice). However the reason why I emphasize this is because some steam users purposely lie about their gender for the reason of Deceiving. People who do this can swoon on the opposite sex/play victim/groom on other steam users to gain benifits/gifts/games etc. Wether Saki does this is UNKNOWN. I also want to say that I used to be friends with both accounts in the last year for a few months, talking in group chats and stuff, however when people started confronting Mizore he would ban them from his group chats and block them, plus adding a unconvincing excuse, which is the reason of our fallout.
My evidence from that Youtube video and the connection with the steam accounts shows that this user is MOST LIKELY male.

THE ABSOLUTE MAJOR POINT of this write up is to show that these 2 accounts are being controlled by the same user, the SMURF deceives others with fake Birthday dates and that it is very "likely" that the SMURF is performing scams, fake donation links and deceits on other steam users which is THE REASON WHY I HAVE WRITTEN THIS. However I cannot prove 100 percent unless investigation from steamrep and from Steam itself occur.

I made a mistake in the uploading of the screenshots through Gyazo links and will upload the screenshots through the forum itself.
The first picture (showing RBC's Youtube channel) was taken using ALT PRNTSCREEN while my mouse was on the link. (It was opened in paint which explains the large space of white because I couldn't use the clipping tool to get the full link in that video)
The second one (Anime Party Members) is a old screenshot I took a while ago in case there was issues with my first reply in my report.
The third one changed because Saki has changed his name again to Frosty TV however the notification is still there. I won't use my other screenshot because I realized it doesn't have my toolbar at the bottom.
The 4th picture (Saki's Bday comments)
    The 5th picture (Saki's profile)

If there are any problems let me know, I know there are flaws in a report like this and at this stage it is very hard to prove 2 accounts being controlled by one user with no chat logs. I have had chats with this user and there were times where I could've saved more evidence but didn't take the screenshots because at the time I didn't think I needed to write a report like this.
