He tried to buy my csgo keys for paypal money, i agreed, he agreed to send money first, he then edited the page with javascript or something. At last he admits he tried to scam.​

Yes he is a scammer, he tried to sell his knife for real money and when saw that I was ready to go first and I told him that I just had to check his steamrep and he said that I am using a "lowballer tactic" when he had already accept the offer.
