As for the full conversation with him;

I was trading GTA IV complete edition away on steamtrades. He then added me to the friend list and said he could offer payday 2 for it. I asked if it was including the dlc or not and if it was for steam. He said payday 2 was a code that game from amazon and then stated he had +117 reputation on steamtrades (while i only have +2). Thus stating that I should give GTA IV first. Also "suddenly" he had to leave and everything had to be done fast. But when i wanted to verify that he had 117 reputation, I quickly noticed he was not who he claimed to be, and i deleted him from friend list and luckily never made the trade.
