Don't accept videos - you didn't describe this event hardly at all. We need FULL screenshots of all the chat.
Do you have these or can you get this from the video and upload please?

You want to try to get them from the video? Let me know if you are doing that or just don't have them so I can resolve the report.

@Carag Try again - just upload them all at once ..you need to make sure you are FULL screen when you display the video to get the screenshots..I want to see the ENTIRE screen.
each of those are unacceptable as you cropped them too badly and even no date/time stamp shows which is vital.
