What happened? Description:

The user added me and offered a cash payment over paypal for my Frostbite Brain Bucket. After chatting back and fourth for a little while we eventually agreed I would go first. It was incredibly late at the time, 3am or so for me, and I am also short on cash so made a few poor judgement decision in hindsight.
After the offer had been accepted, the user in question blocked me and traded back items to a friend who had helped to fake a +trust on backpack.tf and paypal transaction​

this is a 10 year old steam account and I have been trading on it for I think 3 years now. It would be a very stupid move for me to scam you and ruin my ability to cash out the rest of my inventory. I understand 200 is a lot but I sincerely have no intention to scam you. This is my first time doing a direct paypal transaction instead of using http://marketplace.tf so i'm equally nervous about being ripped off tbhIf it would make you more comfortable I could do 150 upfront and, 250 afterwards
I also understand I have some comments calling me a scammer on my profile, to ease your mind those are from friends I've known for a long time and I left them there instead of deleting them because I thought it was funny lmao

I'm assuming you're asking for a screenshot of the activity page that shows this user added me. I'm afraid I can't find this, they've since blocked me and removed me from their friends list.

The user added me claiming they could pay 400 (I assume usd) over paypal for my Frostbite Brain Bucket. After back and fourth I eventually went first as at the time it seemed they had positive bp.tf trust from a previous paypal transaction. It was around 3am when this happened and I am short on cash so I will admit I didn't make the best judgement call. Aditionally, on further inspection the bp.tf trust and previous transaction appears to be fake as the user later traded back the items to an individual on their friends list.​

Provide Evidence:

I do not mean to be rude, but if you check the users steam inventory/profile, their backpack.tf history and the item history itself, it becomes rather apparent that this user was not impersonated.
I am sorry I was unable to provide exactly what was asked but the user had already removed me from their friends list after I was scammed. Additionally, the historical data this site provides as I was previously suggested to provide as falsification for my claim does not cover the period of time in which this user was on my friends list.
I have also previously provided proof surrounding my PayPal account, but can repost screenshots if necessary.

I'm so sorry to do this for a third time, but I just found a screenshot I had overlooked on my laptop of them on my friends list before I was blocked, I hope this suffices. The user added me claiming they could pay 400 (I assume usd) over paypal for my Frostbite Brain Bucket.
