What happened? Description:

Silentbob (the person who scammed me) added me and requested to trade i looked at his steam rep and cash rep and he had made lots of trades none recently. he then asked me to go first because i didn't have very much cash rep or steam rep i thought that was fine i went first and sent the keys then i sent him my paypal for him to send the money he didn't send it within 10 minutes and he still had me added he proceeded to say that his bank doesn't accept his card and cant send money today i got very worried but waited and he kept saying the same excuse and would not send my keys back because he had sold them right when he got them he still hasn't sent the money and still doesn't have my keys​
