What happened? Description:

He was asking me my items to play a Esports Tournament and he decided to buy my skins.

My skins was a total of 44USD and he offered 50usd. Scammers offer like the triple so I thought he was not.

He proof me with skype share, that his paypal was real. Also he streamed on Twitch and login into his Twitter account and showed me that he was gonna play.

So I send the offer, accepted, and he clicked send money, and then I told him, let me check If I recieved the money, he said: "Ok". And then he eliminated me of steam and skype.

Just so we are clear - NEVER discuss steam trades out side of steam chat... no skype, no twitch nothing of that nature - always keep things on steam chat!

This is a tactic used by impersonators.
That trade offer URL is posted on the REAL accounts profile - its sent just to send. You didn't trade with it you traded with

I traded with the real one, that trade offer is actually on the real account profile.

He also sent the Mecha Industries, Water Elemental and the Oxide Blaze to the "Real Account"

But I still not understading, you are saying that he is not a scammer?

I saw other reports against him and you just reject them or considerated them like "Invalid"

Ok so your evidence points to one account but you were in contact with another.
I saw this right before posting my last post but didn't have time to dig into it deeper.
The account you traded with being a newly created account which appears to be the one that was setup to take the items prior to payment to throw off the entire report.
I admit for a while there it really leaned towards you were reporting the wrong user and the user you reported was being impersonated.
Situation could have been helped with a screenshot of the users profile while friends but you didn't have that so all we had to go off of was the trade history.
Matching up trading history to history contact between you and the accused account - that puts them both involved.
Tagging the main(accused) and linking the alt based on the trade offer URL utilized.
In the future NEVER discuss steam trading outside of steam chat - NO skype..no twitter or anything!
You can report both accounts to Valve also
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accuseds profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
