    Accused profile: 76561198253318722

    Victim profile: 76561198115955476

    What happened? Description:
    Paypal scam - we agreed that I would send him 18 keys first, and then he would send me 41.40 usd through paypal (with each key being 2.30 usd each).

    I sent him the 18 keys through Steam and waited for him to send the money through paypal.
    He then started ignoring me, and stopped responding, without sending me the money.

    Although he has not blocked me yet, I assume that it is just a matter of time before he does so.​

    The screenshots below show the evidence - you can see the initial agreement, when he started ignoring me, and also verification of his identity.​

    He has now blocked me on steam.

    Also, the 74.80 usd transaction on paypal was not from him, but was from another buyer (https://steamcommunity.com/id/sinterrr) instead, as can be seen from my trade history.
