What happened? Description:

The user Nekobaby | Dev had reached out to me previously about purchasing my skins. I did not have my mobile auth setup at the time. I proceeded to fix that and was not on for a few weeks. When I got on today he reached out to me and this is the conversation we had. I checked steamrep. He was getting +Rep on profile and all seemed legit. Once I traded my stickers, He asked for cases and never Sent me a Paypal Payment. Then blocked me. Please help me from letting him scam people in the Future. I lost out on $170 dollars, thank you very much for your help!
