    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt

    Accused profile: 76561198280624440

    Victim profile: 76561197990518886

    What happened? Description:
    Offered to buy The Division 2 via PayPal and seller had it through AMD Rewards, sent $40 via PayPal and registered with 2 different emails for seller to login to AMD Rewards and activate code however seller accused both times emails were invalid even though I could login.

    After asking seller to make new email to claim code and send me the game redemption code for UPlay he never replied and ignored all messages.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have attached screenshots of the initial trade off on Reddit /r/SteamGameSwap with the sellers steam URL showing, and underneath a screenshot of the PayPal sent over and then to the right our chat history on Reddit.​
