    What happened? Description:

    Him said that can buy the item. Said that can pay, but when get the item dont pay.

    First off Declining on the point that you do not have any proper evidence/evidence hosting as required.
    ALL evidence must be hosted to the report not 3rd party hosting sites.

    Report would be and IS INVALID no matter what because we do not review reports that are not in English or the evidence as I can clearly see on the links you gave.
    So do not resubmit it - report them to Valve instead.

    Again - DECLINED on improper evidence and evidence hosting along with 3rd party report (Victim did not submit it) - do not resubmit - report to Valve.
