What happened? Description:

Scammer from Philippines even though they state Steam profile is from U.S.
Being scammed right after spending to buy desired code they agreed in exchange for 2 games.​

Provide Evidence:

Scammer agreed to provide me 2 NVIDIA game promo codes (Watch Dogs Legion & Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War) with activation in exchange for buying them CHERRY CREDITS code from Offgamers site in exchange for payment (read full chat log and see details screenshots) attached as a proof of evidence. After spending $40+ completing the transaction on my side they just unfriended and blocked me instead from Steam without providing me promised codes for 2 mentioned games.
