Regarding reporting, of course I have, Id like to report here so there is visual proof that he's a scammer since he's been adding multiple people with the intention of scamming.

Hi, this is a follow up regarding this thread. Steam seems to have taken this into their own hands and has marked them as Untradable. Regarding Hijacking, I really don't know the decisions made by steam regarding it, but I thought I'd bump up the thread.
