What happened? Description:

Paid in full with TF2 keys for a drawing because he's an artist then he only drew a quarter of what was expected and then proceeded to not message me back and pretend to be offline and ghost me. I've attempted to reach out to him and figure out what was going on and was told "I'm busy" or something similar of that matter. I then told him "If you're not gonna draw the art I commissioned then pay back half of what I sent you so I can get another artist who will" and he never said anything back to me. I even told him I thought he was scamming me and he said he wasn't that he was just busy but he's been offline and online and still hasn't reached out to me about anything and I commissioned this art a month and a half ago and still haven't received any updates about anything or was told when it would be finished he keeps putting it off and i frankly just want a refund so I can find another talented soul who is more willing to be practical and finish the work I want when I hire them. I just need to report them now so I can protect other people out there who would probably willingly trade with this guy so they don't potentially get scammed and ghosted like I did. I know I probably wont ever see my money back or my art but getting this guy what he deserves will be more worthwhile so I can probably protect another innocent soul down the road.​
