What happened? Description:

First, I'd like to mention that there are two accounts involved with the fraudulent behavior. The steam account under the Alias "Fylemyluhy" which acted as an impersonation trade account now has all my skins, and this account is the account involved in the chat logs (has community ban):

I must also mention that my account was hacked (but I'm not making a report for that), it's simply to recount the events that happened. My account was hacked and changed to where I had only one friend by the name of "Robert Cole." (changed to numbers since then, provided in screenshots). This account posed as a Fraud Agent to recover a "stolen item," that I purchased many months ago. I had never been hacked before so I assumed it was legit and was willing to cooperate in any way to provide my authenticity of the item's purchase. The account spent some time convincing me to trade over my skins to another account, describing the process as "legalizing the skins." (shown in the chat logs) I asked them if I could trade it to an alternate account of mine under the alias of "Yuji.Lego" to prevent any action from being taken against my account. They had an alternate account ("Fylemyluhy") that mimicked my Yuji.Lego account and sent a trade offer to it at the same time. I ended up confirming the trade, assuming that it was going to my alternate account as I had also sent a trade as well as per the instructions. I went to check my alternate account to see if it had received the items which is when I realized I had been scammed. I have never added these two accounts nor did Steam notify me of the length in which we were friends, the level of the accounts, etc.

The trade was conducted through the Steam trading window and there was impersonation with clear intent to scam.

The images show the chat logs, the accounts involved with the scam, and the trade history confirming it happened within Steam and said accounts.

I understand that there is nothing to be done about the skins; however, these accounts pursued my items with malicious intent, and under the impersonation of a Valve "fraud agent." I already have my account back, but I feel as if there should be action taken against these scammers. I appreciate any time that is taken toward this case. I am willing to cooperate however I can to see that action is potentially taken.​
