So I was gonna report this person but the report type said do not report to steam rep. So this guy added me and asked if I wanted to be in his tournament team. I even asked if it was his main csgo account because I noticed that he was lvl 1 on csgo. I think its phishing site that steals your info if you log in on the site. I have hidden that URL - please do not include users info when asking a question here - this is not where you submit a report. As for the user and what your showing - this is a Hijacking attempt from a Phishing site - this is not something we take reports here for due to policy.
