Why do i have SOP caution?!

Today i was going to trading with some guy and after chat he refuse to trade with me becouse he told me that i have SOP caution...I dont know what that means so i ask him whats that and he send me link to this page i was really surprised becouse i didnt do anything. Can you tell me what i done or how that annoying symbol can dissapeard becouse i am afraid that many peoples are going to refuse trading with me again.

I am sorry what that means i change my ID from IamFrozen to FrozenMonkey and now i change it back becouse i tought i will solve that but what that means?
