Does anyone know this error? (Steam account blank)

    I have lost access to my main account, as in I cannot log into it at all. It says my log in details are inncorrect but when I made a Steam support ticket, it said the phone number and email address attached to it werent associated with any account.
    Not only that but as the title implies my Steam page is blank to me and my friend when either of us try to access it. Its not private to anyone so im not sure how this could be, does anyone know?
    Any help would be amazing! Ive sent a Steam support ticket but I know that can take a while.

    When a profile is blank like that it means it's community banned. As stated on your SR profile:

    My guess would be that you've been hijacked and the hijacker had done something to get you community banned.
