What happened? Description:

I joined the server, and asked if anyone wanted to duel. (My names used are fjorsyth and soccer sammy).

At this point, Index replies on the mic, taunting me verbally, saying that he'll "destroy me."
Initially, he bets his bp, but he changes his mind, and says he wants to bet a scrap.

I suggest 1.66, since he has 1.66 spare in his bp: first to 10, headshot only is the winner.
I send the duel invite, sniper class locked, and he agrees.

I win the game, yet he refuses to pay me and doesn't reply. I threaten to report him, and he ignores me completely on the mic (just talking to other people). Hoping he'll change his mind, we continue playing. The score reaches 44 - 12 (he's losing). At this point, I decide to stop waiting and just report him.​

Hello, I don't have recordings of his mic (he was speaking rather than typing), but I have provided all the screen caps of the crucial elements. I have uploaded all the photos I have, and do not have access to the server logs. I wouldn't have recorded a demo unless I knew he would run.
