What happened? Description:

This was a while ago, so im not sure if I can recover chat history. Steam support hasn't helped me in 2 weeks either.

He promised me csgo if I bought him a festive frontier justice and a hat. When I got the festive frontier justice from a friend, but when I bought the hat, I had to wait a week. I then gave him some tf2 items to get csgo early. (give hat later) After wards, he says he buys me csgo, but it "messed up"
After 1 week, I give him the hat, and he "messes up" again. I then demand my things back, but he says "only if you give me your conga"
After 30 min of trying, I gave up and blocked him.

I have no more evidence, since I do not have chat history. I also did a few skype calls, but i do not know how to retrieve either the chat or call. thank you.

I am here to say that i DID gift u the game BUT u accidently press denied and my proof is that i have the game becuz i decided to keep it and that is way i have played hrs on te game, csgo

Hello i dont have a screenshot as this was a long time ago and also i didnt think i needed one as my proof is that i still have the game and i didnt like ccsgo, but since he declined it, i decided to play it myself

I did not decline the gift as I was never gifted. Also, you showed me your gift history, it is empty. If you did gift me, it should say gift sent. And if it is denied, it should say gift denied. Go check your Gift History and send a screen shot. Steam does not delete old gifts. It keeps track of everything. Screen shot, please

And it wasn't an accident. I never got it in the first place.

Also, if you have the game, thats not solid proof. You could of just bought the game for yourself.

In other report, i explain how I got this evidence. I will submit it. He agrees that he scammed me.
