User asking for rep even though we've never traded. [Possible scam]

This random guy added me asking for me to +rep him.
It's possible that he's adding random people to build up his rep so that he can scam others.
I wanted to make this post to possibly stop future scam attempts.

He's also adding high leveled Steam accounts, to possibly look more legitimate.

Profile rep and having high leveled friends doesn't really prove one is legit, yet many still believe.
SR doesn't handle fake rep reports anymore though due to backlog of scam reports. Harpoon gaming
( SR partner community ) accepts fake rep reports. I don't know if they still do accept them though.

This is more of a warning than a report.
I just don't someone to get scammed by this guy.
