Hoping For A Solution For An Old Scam Report

Greetings

About nine months ago I was fooled around and left to waiste some money because of the bad and arrogant mood of someone.
I know there are a lot of tickets, but I hope that the person will receive their punishement after their behavior, because time passes by.

Regardless the sum, I have less hope to get back the money spent, but at least I hope that such behaviour would not be tolerated, and the person will receive their punishment. A person can not act the way he did just because not being in a mood, and leave someone to waiste their time and money because of bad feelings.

I have cosulted a member of the staff of Steamrep before creating the ticket back then.

I have seen many people posting here about their reports and also asking for a different opinion. I apologize if it is not the right place to post about this, but I am also not here to play game of words.
For me punishment means that is taken against the accused person, whether in the form of tagging him as scammer or as caution. I don't have the best english and I also decided to use the word ''punish'' and I don't think it is so incorrect to say. I don't think that the use of the best possible word should be of such concern here. I have seen people trying to correct others for their wording and spelling more than it is needed, despite the real issue. Your link was enough. Thanks !
