This guy added me via Steamtrades, to trade my Bioshock 2 for his Dead Island or Tomb Raider. I figured it was scam, but I figured I didn't have much to loose (the B2 key cost me about 2$) so I gave it a go.
The result was expected. He took the key and blocked me within seconds.
I also made the mistake to give him the actual key, and not the used one as I was planning to at first, so I guess the joke's on me.
But also, that only proves my point about him.
