I want to buy his dragonclaw hook throw webmoney, because i saw this post on dota2lounge.com

And then I added him on steam. After talk, we made a deal, I sent him 1100wmr with protection code to buy his hook, then I gave him protection as soon as he gave me the item. But after I gave him protection code, he didn't give me item and just blocked me. I was scammed.​

And I have taken screenshot for this report.​

And I also take screenshot about the scammer's profile and his inventory after he scammed me. You can see the red tag in his profile shows that I can't add him as friend because he just blocked me. And in his inventory, the hook is still there, he didn't give it to me after I sent him money.​

And the transaction history form my wallet to scammer's wallet.
