Description:
he added me on steam in January , offered me a BlackOps2 Digital Deluxe edition for FIFA 13 Ultimate Team edition , he sent me the BlackOPS2 Digital Deluxe and i sent him a key for FIFA 13 Ultimate Team .

after almost one month i got a message from steam saying the game revoked because of payment failure.

i tried contacting him , but he blocked me on his Gamer48 account and don't answer me on his other account.
