Was gonna sell me tf2 keys agreed to pay half and half. He had 14 keys and I was going to buy half of them to check if he was legit which was 9.1 usd. Took the money and ran.

He did the same with me, i paid him 19.5 dollars

Should I chargeback under unauthorized account use?

He has done the same thing with me, under the name Green-Frog. Is nothing being done about this? I believe we should all inform a Paypal employee. Maybe we can convince him to forcefully give us our money back?

He added me and said if I closed down the steamrep case thread he would give me the keys he was supposed to. Naturally he did not want to go first, and obviously I wouldn't because I am not going to fall for a scammer twice. In the chat you can see he admits guilt which should be proof enough.

I would suggest that he repays you immediately, if he is lucky you could close this thread before SR Staff review it, but he MUST repay you right away and without condition. I would not begin charge back until he repays you or SR passes judgement, there is no rush for you do this.

Tell him to read this thread, and take consequences seriously. I am guessing that if he repays you instantly, you would be within your rights to request this thread closed.

I tried to tell him, but his payment always came with the condition that I go first, even tho he scammed me and other people. It was probably another scam and after what he did I would never go first.
