    I sent money to this guy 1.6WMZ from Z390700055385 to Z276970123925 for 1 treasure key (virtual dota 2 item).
    His Steam profile is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198090285236 and mine is http://steamcommunity.com/id/JLBGold.

    After I sent him money he tried to open a trade window but there were problems. I suggested him to restart steam and retry but he finally blocked me and failed to deliver me 1 treasure key.

    Just ask him to show his steam trades history, he won't show it because it can prove he never delivered me the item. I send you a pic of my inventory history where you can see he never traded a treasure key with me.
