Can't report

First off make sure you have proper evidence to make a report here.

Also make sure you report from the account involved - this account is new as of today and you have no friends, we do not review 3rd party reports or reports from accounts that are not or were not involved.
Then once you are sure you can make a report here for something we review and you have proper evidence then use this location to submit:

Do not submit if you do not have the proper evidence as required and if we do not review it such as hijacking or phishing.
you can report anything you like to Valve.
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accuseds profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
