Glitched Trade - Steam Support isn't helping me...

    Basically, I traded three Super Monday Night Combat items for a handful of TF2 Keys and misc. TF2 items.

    And they still haven't responded up to this day.

    What the hell can I do!?

    I have hidden pertinent parts of your post from public as they may (as of yet unconfirmed) relate to a Steam trading glitch/exploit. If you could provide the following information, it may be helpful:
    • Please provide the full SteamRep block of the person you traded with.
    • Did the other trader receive your items, or are they gone?
    • Does the other trader have the items you were meant to receive?
    • If you go to https://steamcommunity.com/my/inventoryhistory do you see the trade in question?

    The items I wanted to trade to him were (Super MNC) Chestrong Head, Chestrong Legs, Chestrong Torso.

    The last time Steam Support has said anything to me was 10 days ago, when they told me that the trade failed (DUH!!!!!). I posted a message on the ticket today saying that I would be filing a complain with the Better Business Bureau if I didn't receive some sort of response by Monday. Sounds kinda bitchy, but this has been going on for almost a month. I just want the digital items I PAID THEM FOR back in my possession. :p

    If they're still showing up in your Steam inventory, it's probably not an exploit but possibly a bug in the game itself.

    Thanks. I emailed them all the steps I'm aware of.

    Do you think Steam Support will be able to help me? I've never had to deal with them when it pertains to items - I'm kinda disappointed by how long it's taking for any sort of help, let alone some sort of response or acknowledgement.

    Still no response from "Support".

    When I went to file a report with the BBB, I saw that Valve had an F rating. lol So filing a report would be futile.

    What can I do to get my glitched items back? It's almost been 1 month.

    I never said you were.

    Just asking if anyone has heard of something like this happening. Steam Support hasn't responded to my ticket in almost 30 days.

    Yes. (not something as specific as this, but things similar)

    Unfortunately this is quite common (as you can assume through their BBB page), Steam Support isn't exactly known for good support.
