Hacking site question

    hey i have a person thats trying to scam me sending me a link to a site that take you usename and password and your steam gurdien key so i dont own that account anymore bc he hack it but was just a alt account that dosent have anyting but can i still report him as scam in here ?

    True i can but its rly hard to read it when you color blind when its 10000000 diffrents color there
