It began that i sent him a trade offer for a Usp-s guardian from him for 12 cases from me.
he declined.

the he sent me an offer with my ak 47 star track elite build + my awp fever dream for real money (im new to trading never did it before)
and he told that he would need them for his gf and i was like ok, he said he would give me 30 bucks (skins only worth around 15 bucks) for my skins, and i was like yea sure if i get the pay safe card code first and he was llike wait i need to recharge it and then i waited around 5 mins till he returned, he said: ok accept trade and you will get the code and i was like: ok.
(Dumbest thing ever, i just want to make sure you guys know the reason)

I reported his steam profile.
i sent a report for fraud at the steam support website.
thats all i can do for steam and i found steamrep to flag this acc as a fraud, so please ban him.
