What happened? Description:

Hi all,

I would like to report this person for trying to scam myself and as I saw on the same forum other persons as well (https://forums.steamrep.com/threads...counter-strike-global-offensive-items.190691/) .

Please see attached Evidence, here I will add a bit of explanation in chronological order:
1. Adding me to buy my Dlore saying that he is from Monaco with international bank account and I will get money in 24 hours
2. Offering afterward Paypal and saying that it will take 3 seconds and he will send money as friends and family gift.

In the meantime, I'm searching for his account around internet, finding this forum and also screenshot on steamid uk (https://steamid.uk/profile/76561198360326888)
Where it's clearly visible that account info is filler in Czech language, I'm assuming that he is from the Czech Republic and trying to provoke him to see if I'm right.

3.I'm saying that I won't go first and that he is logged in from Czech Ip (assuming)
4. Provocation successful, he starts to offending me and losing patience.
5. Saying that he bought that account and just the previous owner was Czech.
6. Offering him to show me screen in Discord and show ip.
7. Suddenly he is realizing that he can't show me Monaco IP and saying that currently, he is traveling and he is in the Netherlands so IP will be NED.
8. I'm saying that it's so sad that there is no Monaco VPN that he can use.

Here he lost patience completely and finally revealed himself.

9. He started swearing in Russian (but typing in Latin letters) and offending me, I know Russian so I answered him in Russian that he didn't manage to scam me, and he continues to offend me.

Say hello to steam rep forum

1. User is pretending to be from one country which he is not
2. User confirmed that he bought his account
3. Traders with such reputation won't start to scream and offend
4. Somehow guy from Monaco travelling in the Netherlands know fluently Russian swearing.
5. It's not the first report on that forum, and as for me even from previous report for the same user, it was clear that there is some funny business going on.

You obviously have full right not mark him as a scammer but this post will be saved here so next user can find and the previous report and taking this into consideration.
