Scammed by user blocked on TF2Outpost

    I was scammed by this user, sadly I was an idiot and closed the chat window, but I found out that the user is banned from TF2Outpost and Backpack.tf. Is there any way to use this information to put up a warning on their SteamRep?

    What Outpost and Backpack do is completely on their own as in they can ban anyone they wish from using their services.
    We require certain things for evidence such as that chat screenshot history to verify the intent - even partner comms like both outpost and backpack require that otherwise it's someones word of the trade against the other.
    As in there would be no way to prove you didn't just trade the user an item for say paypal funds...thought the trade wasn't fair later and tried to say they scammed you.

    Yeah I read thru that, Paypal seems to never work out for me. Maybe someday Steam will let you look at chat history with people who've blocked you. Thank you for the quick reply ♥

    Conducting paypal trades with random users has alot of risk, I mainly trade for keys and sell via Marketplace.tf which is apparently apart of scrap.tf
    It's recommended to not do paypal transactions due to the risk of disputes but I have not had issue with marketplace or scrap.tf
