    Usually theres nothing you can do, since you're not a green tagged MM/admin on SR. But since the user is linking to your SteamRep and claiming you are his main account, you can report him and have him banned.

    You'll want to take a screenshot of his name history and a screenshot of his profile showing where he pretends to be you. Then report him either on a partner community or here. If you need any help, add me on Steam I'll give you a hand.
