    Somebody attempted to scam me, but I did not know you required screenshots to report a user. Is there any way of viewing your steam chat history?

    There is no way to view chat history other than what is shown when you reopen the chat window (it is sometimes available via the mobile app, but that isn't often accepted as evidence).

    Report them via their Steam profile.

    Hi, a few minutes after this user attempted to scam me, another user attempted to phish me. I took a screenshot with the "f12" key but when I viewed the screenshot it did not show the chat. How can I take a screenshot for next time?
